Breaking stuff is the pits, but it happens. We are as small and boutique as it gets, so we can replace anything you break in a crash at wholesale cost, for any reason, at any time. This offer carries forward to any new owner.
Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
We stand behind our frames and our manufacturers so will replace, no questions asked, any frame that has manufacturing related defects or failure. Our only request - please be honest, or apply for 'Crash Replacement'. Original owner only.
Returns
Due to the highly customised nature of the frames we build, we cannot accept returns - if you are unsure, please get in touch and we will work out a test ride for you to be convinced.
